Hi Team!

I'm Pasha and I'm back as of Monday, October 12th. I've been working diligently ... Gerry left a l -o -n -g "To Do" list for me to implement on your behalf. I'ma doing my best.

Personal Announcements:

#1: I've been able to talk with some of you, but not everyone is up to date ... so just wanted to let everyone know that we weren't ignoring you last week. After coming in guns blazing, raring to go October 5th, I managed to fall down the stairs at Gerry's home and broke my right leg with a hairline fracture of the left hip. I just turned 35 October 10th and am in excellent health so I'm fine, but I was in pain last week and was given prescription pain medication for a week. I don't know about any of you, but I couldn't think on that stuff and mostly slept. But I'm back now, still raring to go. I'm working to catch up and if you have not been in touch with me and were expecting to be... it will be shortly.

#2: Gerry had surgery on Monday and is recovering, still in hospital. The great news is that there were no spots on his liver as had been expected. Thank all of you who have been praying, and who have sent your thoughts and well-wishes. We'll keep you informed of his progress.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I know that the news you received yesterday from your Senior Team Leader, Gerry James, came as a shock to most of you, just as it did to me when Gerry's call came in the wee hours of my night telling me he needed my help. Would I come? Of course. Whenever a friend reaches out to me for help I try to respond as best I can, and it just so happened, I had the time. I travel 2 or 3 months out of every year. This time, I'd travel to America to help out a good friend. Originally, I thought it would be for a few days, few weeks.

Instead, when I arrived, I found my very good friend in the fight of his life against this monster of cancers. Far from giving in to his disease, Gerry has been very open about his illness and has continually raised the bar higher for himself, summoning the desire and strength to go at this thing as hard as he can. He has a deep faith that sustains him. Fortunately, when he was first diagnosed he was a candidate for surgery. He now needs some more surgery that it is hoped will make him one of the very fortunate ones that makes it past five years. I am personally convinced that he will fulfill the commitments he's made to this Team, to his family and friends and go the distance. Your prayers and well-wishes will provide the support and strength he needs to rock on and then carry on the fight for future pancreatic cancer patients.

Now, for our team. I'm not here to rock boats or change anything. I know that Gerry did a lot of work behind the scenes with many of you that no one else in the team or elsewhere knew anything about. That's just who he is. And I want to assure everyone that if you were receiving one on one trainings or other helps I will do my best to continue what he had in place. Please feel free to come to me - I am allowing the Skype Supernatural.Prosperity that he had in place to continue to be my base -- so none of your current pages need to be changed and things can continue as uninterrupted as possible.

My name is Pasha. Just Pasha. One-name wonder like Cher or Bono. Ok, well, not just like them, but I'm working my way there! I'm originally from Glasgow, Scotland but have been living near Edinburgh. I haven't worked a traditional job in years, having discovered the freedoms of the entrepreneur lifestyle. I am a part-time online marketer and I am very familiar with mlm's and matrixes like the ones you are working in GDI and Trafficwave. Besides that, Gerry gave me a very thorough crash course in the trainings and approach he has set up based on these two company models and I must say that once I understood it, I'm excited about teaching it and will be taking these ideas back to Britain when I turn the Team back over to Gerry!

I ask for everyone's patience and participation as I learn who you are and what steps you feel you'd like us to work on so that you can continue your own entrepreneurial journey. We can't make money for any of you. We can't make you a great advertiser who converts highly overnight. The skills to do what you've undertaken don't just drop onto you. You're not going to be able to skim through a page of instructions and understand it all from reading. It takes working it. Asking questions. Applying the instructions. Some things you'll throw out as not for you. But try it first. You won't know what works and doesn't, what is essential or isn't, unless you put the time and commitment in and work with your trainers, sponsors, and other teammates. If you don't know where to begin... ASK. If you go and think: ok, been there, done that, now what?... ASK. And look around. See something you need to know or needs doing? Pick it up and start doing it, or bring it to your sponsor and say, "I think I need this and I need help with it"... This is YOUR business, not mine or Gerry's. If you're standing around twiddling your thumbs and going, 'I don't know why I have to learn that' ... you haven't thought through your business. In fact, you don't yet HAVE a business, you have a hobby and that is why some of you are so easily drawn away. I'll do what I can to help, but maybe the first thing you should ask is what are you here to do? 'Make a lot of money in GDI, duh'... is not the answer; and most of you aren't here for money, per se. You're looking for freedom. The kind of time and opportunity freedom that being an entrepreneur brings. Like I said, I travel about 3 months out of every year. I afford that and can take the time for it because I'm an entrepreneur. I had some goals and was willing to learn and develop some skills in order to do that. So, what do you need to "make a lot of money in GDI" or any mlm? Like me, you need some skills. You need to trade some of your time and money to find the best and fastest ways to get those skills and it will not come by hurrying up and clicking 21 hits on a free exchange so you can catch Outlander on HBO. Why are you here? Neither are you going to find here, or anywhere else, The 10 Easy Steps to making it online and never having to read another thing, or wonder about how "that" works, or get the magic software so you never have to advertise by using your brain again. It doesn't exist folks. Quit looking for it. But if you want to WIN and BE an entrepreneur, get ready to dig in, don't blame the material for "confusing" you. Do the work, do the work, do the work. Stop griping because you're spending $10 every month. You aren't "spending" anything (unless you expected your $10 was supposed to cause lock, stock and barrel to fall in place for you?). Go talk to an oil driller and find out how much he "spent" on his rigging, only to have struck dirt so far. You invest folks, you find your acre of opportunity, you put some money down to have it, and then you start working the well with the intention of recouping your investment + profit! But, you go first. You don't get a signed guarantee you'll strike oil before you invest in the land and the rigging. In fact, you don't get a guarantee at all! You didn't buy striking oil! Grow up!

But, if you're ready to "work" your "well", I'm ready to help. None of you are guaranteed to strike it rich. You DO have one of the lowest priced, BEST opportunities right here at Team Power Elite with a TEAM of people who have done it, and know what it takes. I'm ready to work with you!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We discussed that this time may come. I personally didn't want to believe it and I've tried my best to be here for you. However, recently several of you have let it be known that my leadership is not enough, and I must agree, I haven't been able to keep up with the day to day postings, although your hits counts have ALWAYS been kept. Did you know that other teams do not furnish your hits to you. There it is your responsibility to go and ask the leader if you don't keep up with your own? Did you know that your “training” in other teams consists of being told okay go here to do your learning bonus and join our big hugh facebook page where if you ask a question you'll be insulted for not having the patience to sit quietly until you get your six, whether that is a year or mor from now. But I always believed in really serving you and trying to put into your hands systems and skills that will not work just at GDI but anywhere you decide to work online. I still do. And that is why I am admitting today, that my health no longer is able to sustain my desire to be the kind of leader you need. Sensing this was turning out to be the case, I have hired and worked with a man named Pasha, who is a friend of mine from my native Scotland (so you don't have to change the graphics – lol). And so I'm not going to hang on and keep trying to do something that is not what in my estimation the best for this team, even though it breaks my heart to step back. My first priority has always been your success.

Effective tomorrow, Monday, October 5^th, I am resigning as your team leader. Pasha is very knowledgeable and will be able to pick up and serve you as I would have. I will continue to be available to him. I have shared with him the programs I created for you and my vision for your success. I believe I have made a good choice and hope you will all give him a fair chance and perservere to your goals. He will write to you himself and will, I am sure, reach out to each of you individually to help you continue to get the most from this team as you learn to earn online with the best programs to support your goals.

DECIDE TODAY! "I can't live life like this anymore! I'm going for it...

HOW BADLY DO YOU WANT IT?

We're just off the weekend. So I'm going to talk about cartoons.

One cartoon, actually, and its antagonist. Oh boy!!

The big 45 is on me and that means I was in my teens in the early 80s. In 1984 a show came out promoting a line of toys that changed shape from humanoid to a machine, vehicle or something else. It was called The Transformers .

Our antagonist is a gravelly-voiced megalomaniac named Megatron. He's a strategist of the low, animal cunning kind. His plots are not elaborate. He leads a police force-turned-banditos from the legitimately ruling group of the planet Cybertron, down and out for several million years or so after chasing rebels to a mutual crash landing on Earth.

Upon wakeup, a central computer reforms all the Transformers' non-humanoid forms into things that should blend in to our society: cars, trucks, jets, and the like. Megatron, the epitome of negative force, is naturally given the alternate form of a handgun.

The rebel team--called Autobots--determine that while they need to find alternate sources of energy to power a return to Cybertron, they ought to be nice to the natives about it. And protect the humans from Megatron and his followers if they can.

The bad guys--called Decepticons--have never felt a higher emotion in their collective existence. So nothing gets in the way of their idea of enslaving the Earth. Then they can drain the planet dry of energy to crush the Autobots and triumphantly return to Cybertron and end the civil war.

What Megatron Has to Teach Us About Answering

"How Badly Do You Really Want It?"

Here's why we're talking about it: the only character I find really interesting in the series is Megatron. Megatron's face is bare to the world. There's nowhere for him to hide.

And here's the rub: Megatron doesn't get to take a day off.

Why Megatron Can't Take the Day Off

Decepticons can disappear into the background and sulk. Autobots can do the same. Even Optimus Prime can go hide in the control room of his base with the supercomputer Teletraan I. And it won't make a difference. When he pops out again, the other Autobots will still respect him.

But Megatron? He doesn't have such luxuries.

He needs to be visible.

He needs to be leading.

He needs to recover quickly from setbacks.

If Megatron is not visible to his followers, they will begin to doubt him. They will suspect he is weak. In such a perception and strength-based society, that will soon lead to overthrow attempts. He must constantly appear before them, showing a state of ultimate power.

Should Megatron not be leading with some new stratagem to capture energy, destroy the Autobots and effect a swift return to Cybertron, the other Decepticons will look for someone else who will. Regardless of their moral alignment, this group is highly motivated. They do not want to sit around and wait for something to happen.

And if Megatron is emotionally crushed by the failure of his latest plan, that loss of faith will immediately trickle down to his followers. Adult criticisms of Megatron include the observation that he is too quick in the face of real resistance to shout, "Decepticons, RETREAT!" and get the heck out of there. (All of the Decepticons can fly, though most of the Autobots cannot; this makes an exit to Stage Up an easy option to take.) But he is always back with a new idea and refreshed enthusiasm.

Again, if Megatron--and he alone of all the Transformers is in this position--did not do these things, he would quickly be killed and replaced. Megatron does not get to take a day off.

How Badly Do You Want It: Megatron's Lesson for You In the Real World

Now … let's take this to the real world. Your world. You've chosen to make money online. Whatever else you thought that meant, you are now running your own business. YOU BE THE LEADER.

Many leaders are in a similar predicament as Megatron. Call it obsession, call it knowing their true purpose, call it a bad idea. Whichever you like: they have worked themselves into a position where they are symbolic as well as active, and they cannot disappear without consequences. People who stand for a cause or an idea and stick with it. Their commonality is that after a point, they cannot publicly behave in a manner inconsistent with the world's perception of them. They cannot vanish for awhile. They have a place to hold. Ground to keep covered. Ideals to uphold.

Consider this with your own business or role.

Really consider it. It is your possible price for "success"... your followers will only make money when they can duplicate what you do. That's why Team Power Elite is so important for you. Yes I promise if you follow the trainings, in 1 to 5 years you'll be sitting in financial freedom. You won't “work” and the money will be pouring in. You'll be laying on the beach and the money will be pouring in. BUT WHAT YOU DO NOW is the process that makes that happen. And to do it, you gotta love it and want it and come here and get it done.

There aren't right or wrong answers here. I just want you to think about Megatron's situation and compare it with your own. Where do you find yourself? What do you want? How badly do you want it?

This post is about the price of success, to get you thinking about what it means to you, and what you're willing to pay for it.

Paying for success, however you define it, like Megatron does can make you miserable. Not being able to take a day off can make for considerable unhappiness. It's not necessarily a good choice, and that's why we are a Team and setting up the automated systems and why I'm building this training site for YOUR new customers.

I am a coach and I've worked with many other coaches. I am a certified trainer. I can share with you that when some people find out their "life purpose", they often don't like it. Their life purpose isn't fun. It's a real slog, to get done what they need to get done. The BS sales pitch of the self-actualization dreamers is that discovering your life purpose is going to be all fireworks and leaping dolphins and applause and confetti. Sometimes it can be absolute misery...but it HAS to be done.

Megatron has his "life purpose." He is fully engaged in it, and *he cannot change his behavior*. If he does, he will cease to be himself. (Why do you think so many people have problems with 'retirement'?) That is a little scary, isn't it?

This is what I want you thinking about. Who am I here? Why am I here? What am I willing to do to accomplish what I want? What do I want?

Yesterday....

The only way you will succeed here is to follow instructions and MAKE THE DECISION to do it. Decide to never quit. It won’t be easy, but when you emerge later you will be amazed at the energy, creativity and vitality you will feel and you'll finally be making money online and you'll know how to build it to any level you're willing to go for.

Even when it's difficult....? Keep going!

Everyday, people who are on the very brink and pinnacle of success....Give up!

They give up all of the effort they put into their business, they lose out, they miss out on the opportunity of a life time...

Wealth is NOT an event! It is not the athlete's $50-million-dollar contract, it is NOT the $30-million-dollars that 20 year old sold his internet business for that you read about in the tech blogs. WHAT is it? WHERE does it come from? It doesn't drop on you from the sky! Not from a game show or ringing your doorbell standing on your porch with a check the size of a refrigerator surrounded by balloons. It's not sitting in Vegas or down at the Quick K on the lottery ticket.

It is a process . . . the process you didn't see behind the athlete's big contract: the daily 4-hour practices, the midnight games, the torn ligaments, surgery and healing, the depression of being dropped from the junior varsity team that time... the net millionaire's process of long hours of coding, days and years working in the garage financed on credit cards at 21.99% interest and driving the Toyota with 174,000 miles on it...

You know it's true. Nothing comes from nothing. Wealth eludes most of you because when you finally do DECIDE - "I'm in the right place, I have the right idea, the support, and I know I want this," - you focus on the event - "Show me the sign up, show me the money NOW...okay, show it to me tomorrow, ... I want the money, I'm gonna show everybody this WORKS... (why isn't it working?)...." and you hate the process. You want to DISREGARD THE PROCESS.

"I hate clicking... I'm not investing another penny til I see results... I've sent out ads and the traffic exchanges and safelists don't work.... Tweak what? Change what? I don't know how... this is too much...."

Turn on your lamp over there. Aren't you glad Thomas Edison didn't throw down the whole business and stomp off to get a j.o.b. and settle for the rat-race jive after try 5,001?

I am NOT going to please everyone.

I just lost a member who came to me saying he had been trying to "make it" in online marketing for 12 years. He decided to give me a try. Personally, this man and I like and respect each other very much. However, the entire time he was here, no matter what I suggested to him he had objections. He knew why it wouldn't work, or he knew a better way. I constantly heard that 'so and so taught it this way and I follow him', 'I never liked such and such method' and off he'd go his own way. I tried 3 times to present to him Power of 10 and he gave me all his reasons why it wouldn't work. Then he came back and said he'd reconsidered and would do Power of 10. Then sat on his duff and promoted like he always did with an eye to earning enough on paid to click sites to pay his monthly fees and that was the extent of his involvement. For the new funnel .... he didn't like Trafficwave.net. and declined to participate. We were both supremely frustrated. We parted ways by mutual agreement. I was frustrated he just would never follow anything and get into it. He was afraid to invest - he saw money going out and being gone FOREVER. I understand. I had the same fear when I started. "You don't understand", I pleaded with my mentors, "I don't HAVE $10!!!!!!" I really believed that. I was on government assistance. Losing my homes all the time. Borrowing computers to even try to make money and working any job I could find. Hey, folks, I've BEEN there! NOT INVESTING IN YOU & YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT THE ANSWER. It feels like it is. You DON'T have the money. What do you do... rob a bank? No, please, that'll land you in trouble far worse than getting $10/month will be

Again, I am NOT going to please everyone! And neither are you.

You are NOT going to please everyone.

The sooner you realize that not everyone is going to agree with your decision to be in network marketing, or the way you do network marketing, or anything for that matter, the better you will be.

This man and I parted ways amicably. I am no one to say he is wrong. I am not wrong. We are just different, and I wish him every success as he still wishes our team success. One day, if he sticks with it, he'll find what "works" for him. And that's okay! He'll one day find a mindset that works for him.

YOUR Biggest Need

What everyone wants are prospecting, recruiting, closing tips and tricks - preferrably done with little time or effort commitment from them.

What everyone needs is mindset training. The goal of this Team is to help you FINALLY make money online, yes. To do that I need to get you as FIRED UP as humanly possible... to get you as motivated and excited for life as humanly possible, to get you to quit doing the same old, same old and believing victim thoughts you currently operate on, and DO WHAT IT TAKES TO LIVE THE LIFE YOU WANT TO LEAD! You need to become bold and determined!

I need to share a sad FACT with you, but it's one we ALL need to remember: To dive even deeper, the more successful you become, the more haters and dream stealers will show up in your life.

Let me shed some light on the categories of people you are going to witness in your entrepreneur journey:

1. The doubters and dream stealers. When you start your journey they are the ones that tell you that you are stupid, that you will never make it and “those things don’t work”.

2. The Haters. The haters will come in all shapes and sizes. Some will simply cast doubt on your success and others will do anything in their power to “bring you down to size”.

The more you try to convince everyone that you are just trying to help others and you are really a good person, the more frustrated you will get and the more the doubters and haters win. Don’t be so willing to give up your energy to just anyone. It's OK. Not everyone has to agree, like or do business with you. In fact, across ALL industries, only 3% to 5% are the people who drive things. 97% of your downlines will doodle, dwaddle, complain their computer doesn't work so they "can't" promote, they don't like this kind of marketing, no what you're telling them they've tried, it doesn't work..... yada, yada, yada. If they make a $100 online they should thank God He looks after fools.

Yeah, I'm not being politically correct today. I'm not in the mood to pamper, because I've pampered and what do I see? I see you struggling and not earning yet and there is no excuse for it.

YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO. Why don't you do it? I can and will give you prospecting, recruiting, closing tips & tricks. Training articles. I'm available to any of you by email and skype. "Yeah but training on the blog... a lot of stuff is unfinished..."

Oh yeah? You come have cancer and do it all perfectly. This is part of MINDSET I'm talking about. Are you brain crippled? Stop looking at what you DON'T HAVE, and get your butt in the blogs and DO WHAT'S THERE. When you've done that and crave more ... contact me. "Hey, Gerry, I'm to this point and I'm doing 20,000 clicks per week. It's beginning to show. When are we going to get more training on... (fill in the blank). I'm ready!"

I guarantee you nothing would make my heart smile more and motivate me to keep on and help you, direct you to the training for that subject if I can't supply it .... IT'S NOT ME THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. Go to a mirror. Yeah. That's the guy.

For IMAGINATION substitute YOU. What you think, what you do is the magic or the fear that opens your life or shuts you down.

This is by far one of the toughest teams I've ever seen...

You've survived me. My illness, the long months wherein I conceived and built a system we can use for steady, progressive success. And not only in GDI. This system will work for you in other growth channels, too. Yes, it took more of my time (more time period), than I dreamed when I began it -- but you believed in the dream with me (with scant details, I might add) and held on.

Not everyone did. Not everyone could. But you did-- and today you are who matters here. It's time to take what we've built and get on with it.

On the surface, we look pretty scattered, don't we? But I choose to believe with Neale Donald Walsh, that "...just when it looks like life is falling apart, it may be falling together for the first time.The nice thing about things falling apart is that you can pick up only the pieces that you want..."

What do we want? This is not a rah-rah motivational piece. I believe in motivation - mightily. I know it's important to remind ourselves every day why we're here, why this matters and encourage ourselves and each other to go on. I also know you need to get practical training, to know what's going on, to have some measuring sticks and to know how to read them. It's great to encourage a person all their life that they can be president or a doctor, but if you don't teach debate, where to dip one's toes in the sea of political science or how to apply to and pay for medical school, she is going to end up at the end of her life with a burning dream that's unfulfilled.

You want your dreams fulfilled. Unfortunately, when I started this team, we had some tools. And it became clear those tools were not going to be enough to get us where we need to be. We were like surgeons standing there with butter knives being told to hang out our shingles. Thank you for waiting for me to get our tools.

FIRST:

I am a man of faith. I don't insist anyone believes my faith for themselves to be a member or work here. Faith is a truly personal journey and everyone of you must decide it within themselves, this question as to what is Truth to us? For me, I have found Truth in the person of Jesus Christ and He fills and permeates my life from Sunday to Saturday, through business, and through play. I believe He is health, and that He helps me in my infirmities, even though they're not from Him. I'm not good. I'm only a saint in God's definition - not likely one in most other people's. (For example, I have somewhat of a potty mouth which I acquired growing up in Glasgow and it's a habit I've found particularly hard to break. God loves me anyway, and we're working on it.) I believe that we're all works in progress, masterpieces of the Master, and I can only ask you to forgive my shortcomings as I will also forgive yours. It is my belief that our small businesses here are as much a part of our spiritual journey as anything in our experience, and that along this journey we are meant to be tested, stretched and stressed and to depend on God and each other for encouragement. So I placed here, for those who find it valuable, a section called the Prayer Circle - and as today is a new beginning for us, I have begun there with prayer for our Team. SECOND:

You've all been patient ... you have a vague idea of what our "new tools" and the Power of 10 is, but still aren't sure exactly how it works, or how to work it. Some of you have been confused and feel scattered because instead of one team link you have 3 and things seem more complicated with less feedback to help you know how to proceed.

As I thought about where to start, not wanting to dictate what you need most, our newest member, Fernando Leite, came to my rescue. He asked some questions that I'd like to answer here, publicly, so that all of you can benefit. Let's start here. Then you can ask me questions and we can get focused and 'back on track' in a way that is most helpful for you.

Fernando is just starting with us and just received his links yesterday. He came back with the following:

1: What is the primary difference in our Team from others? That is, what makes our system better than the other GDI teams out there?

2. What day of the week to begin counting the 1,000 required hits?

3. How do I know my position in the team towards the Hot Seat?

4: How can I control my hits?

#1 - What is the primary difference in our Team from others?

This question is probably best answered by the team members. How about it, Team? I'll post the topic in our Power-Licious forum - let's talk about what makes us different. (BTW - in the forum once you have registered as a member and logged in, go to "Options". At the top it will give you a chance to "Subscribe" .. this means you will get postings directly into your email box without having to physically log in to the forum).

But I'll also give here the primary differences our Team has in my opinion ...

1) How about the fact that we DO NOT RELY ON AUTOMATED ROTATORS like other teams do?

For example Team Atlantis and most GDI Team Elite Teams have 'waiting lists' up to a year or more. Then, do you want to wait another year for your 3 or your 6 to get their 6? At Team Power Elite we do use rotators, but only to increase your market exposure. We do have a Team Link system where subscribers are attracted and can be assigned to members who consistently bring in the exposure hits and are communicating and being active - but we ask you to produce only 1000 minimum hits per week on the Team Links and my team leaders and I send people to sign up DIRECTLY to member links (we rarely use move downs because this means the Sponsor does not benefit from bonuses the new member earns if he is not also listed as the direct referrer) and we do this in MANUAL assignments to those on the team who have earned it. That way we have better control of sharing affiliates with those who may not be able to compete with more knowledgeable members. We take care of the more knowledgeable members by creating the personal Power of 10 Affiliate page. The subscribers you attract with this page are yours. We still assist even here with helping you to keep up with your hits, communicating with your prospects, and closing sales. We continue training you. If one day you want to try your hand at your own recruiting - we train you how. When you become leader of your own Teams - you'll be more than ready

Our exclusive done-for-you-systems work for the newest newbie to our business, while developing along your training path to steadily give you new skills and to GROW your knowledge and confidence. We have a vision not to just succeed in making some money online, but to make a difference in our larger financial picture and in our world. The Power of 10 is a huge difference. Largely misunderstood, some think it is a Pay-It-Forward program others that it is a scam to get money. It is neither. It MAKES YOU PRACTICE the wealth principle of using assets to increase assets (or wealth). And like the wealthy that means putting money to work - and not necessarily your cash on hand. #2. What day of the week do we begin counting the hits?

This is proscribed by GDI itself. The Global Domains Inc Corporate offices are located in San Diego, California, so they are on Pacific time.

The GDI "week" runs from Sunday Midnight Pacific time to the following Sunday Midnight Pacific Time.

This becomes important not only for the "Hits" counts (which we could run Tuesday to Tuesday, if we pleased) but for many of the GDI Bonuses and payouts. For example, in the Power of 10 method once you're trained, you will see that you can go for the GDI Superstar Bonus - wherein you are trained by us to have the best chance of signing up 10 "new" members in GDI week and receive a special bonus. There are some caveats to this and you will learn them and your best strategies in the Power of 10 method, but you must adhere to the GDI "week" in order to earn the bonus. So to get you in that 'groove', we run our Hits weeks on the same GDI week schedule.

At 12:00 midnight every Sunday we re-set your Hits to 0 and you can watch on our Hits counts pages in the blog(s) as your hits accumulate and your "Rank" goes up throughout the week.

Guid afternoon Lads and Lassies,

I'm going to make this pretty short. You will have already seen the post on the Main Page for a continuing series to help you with GDI success. Also that this week in honor of the United States Thanksgiving Holiday I gifted 1000 hits today to every team member making everyone eligible for the coming week for new signups.

This is because, with the Thanksgiving holiday past, we are NOW ON THE CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN. I have saved up LOTS of Safelist credits and purchased credits so that I could assist all of you in flooding the market with our ads. I'm going to be changing up some of our pages, adding in some Christmas and New Years themes to encourage people to not only shop now but plan for the new year coming to do something for themselves that will make a tremendous difference at the end of 2015 for them and their families.

Due to illness I missed last weeks News from Gerry. WELCOME TO OUR NEWEST TEAMMATE: BOB DIXON. Bob has been doing an amazing job. He came in and hit the ground running. This is one guy SERIOUS about business. Same for Richard Ashlaw, Jay August, Ron Montgomery, Devona Bell, Abundant Life, Gabriela (a lady I have more to say about in a few moments) A few others of you... the numbers don't show it yet, but they will. We have many new members, and NO ONE IS HERE AND NOT SERIOUS. A couple of people couldn't see the value of GDI and walked away. Only they can know what is best for them and I wish them every success. But for the most part we have been extremely blessed to have people here, who are serious, do care and want to learn So I apologize, to all of you for the hiccup during most of November. I'm doing my best to be back steadily -- but I'm doing MORE...

I'm proud to announce that Abundant Life has her 6 and is in training as a new GDI Team Leader. Gabi has offered to be a partner to our team as she begins growing her business. In effect, our team will have two Team Leaders directly available. Gabi will be recruiting new members and she will assign Team Links to those she brings in and train them, but if I have to be away for a treatment, you may call on Gabi. She is being trained personally by me using the GDI Team Elite official materials - so she will be able to assist you. Also we have as backup our direct upline Kathy von Geldern who has offered to be available to us.

Hope all has been well with you. Yes, he's baaaaaaaccccck.

Over the past few weeks I've been M-I-A a lot. The truth is I had experienced some recurring illness over the summer and we thought we knew what it was. Aggravating but not too serious. Unfortunately, more was going on. I kept getting knocked off my feet and I'd tell myself it was a virus, or being overworked (I take on a lot of things because I don't want to waste a drop of this life I've been given). I knew something was wrong but I tend to deny how I feel and kept saying I'd bounce back. Well, as you know I didn't. I finally got serious and consulted a specialist and we found what was really going on. Over the past few weeks I've been learning how to take better care of myself, dropped some projects and interests that are too much to handle right now, learned to pace myself better and got lots of rest. Oh my goodness, call me Gerry van winkle! It felt like all I did was sleep. I kept up with the hit counts - and a thousand thanks to Jayne and Gabriela for assistance when I slept through. I showed them how to access the blog and if they saw the hits were missing they put them up so all of you would not suffer any more from my absence than could be helped.

I have an all clear from my doctors to get back to my GDI work. I'm feeling up to it, much more rested. I appreciate everyone who has asked after me and all your prayers. I am so touched by your concern and promise I will completely recover...

Meanwhile... LET'S GET BACK TO WORK.

Many of you have increased your hit counts - and I know each one that has worked hard and I bless you. We have still had 2 to 5 subscribers from your efforts and this entire team owes you a boatload of gratitude for that. You WILL be rewarded as we pick up steam again.

But many of you ... you don't seem to "get" what being part of a TEAM means. I'm not blaming you. I know many of you just don't know the why's and even the how's of marketing from Beginner to Pro and although the reason was unavoidable, I wasn't here as often and in the way I needed to be to LEAD you into it. I apologize for that .... but get ready! I'm going to be on you like white on rice!!! Because I want you to succeed. I want you to succeed with as passively as possible -- but that doesn't mean you don't put in your part. Put in little effort - get little return. Put in your effort (and once you know how you'll see I'm not asking a lot) you get exponentially exploding results. YES - the success is ALWAYS much larger relative to your effort than failure is... but you have to find that tipping point. If you care.... If you really came here to make money, not just take money... I will help you get there.

The operative word is HELP you. I'm not interested in doing it for you. I want YOU to do it for you -- because you are only going to stick to what you have committed to.

But clicking is boring. Then find ways to make it not boring. We'll be discussing that in another column I'll be writing today... Better yet, let's get some other funding businesses going so you can do some very inexpensive upgrades. Most upgrades will give you 500 up to 5000 or more free credits per month. They run from $3 to $20 depending on where you upgrade and what specials are going. "But I don't have money, I don't this, I don't that." Look. I get it. You came in, because this was inexpensive and you ain't Rockefeller. You want GDI to make the money for you. Okay. What's that going to take? Getting downline under you and completing the bonuses GDI has designed to boost your income, right? That starts with your traffic. There are some things I can and have done. I've put money into paid advertising to tip the scales and bring in sign ups for you guys because we are a small team - even smaller when you look at the number of hits. It takes 20,000 to 30,000 hits in a wide variety of places and at optimal times just to BEGIN to get noticed in the TE's and Safelists because MOST marketers don't have big budgets for paid advertising so your competition is off the charts. IT TAKES A TEAM.

And it takes everyone on that team working those ads. We've eliminated the need for you to have to design your own ads or even to do 30,000 hits a week alone. THIS SYSTEM WORKS but I need all of you working it so we can bring in serious people who want to also succeed.

So don't get mad at me, but I'm going to be communicating, putting up trainings, and I don't want to hear excuses. I want to hear what's holding you back, I want to see that when I take my time to give you traffic sites to join to see you on those sites working it. I have designed a series of Traffic Sites that if worked on Traffic Browser (free) would allow every one of you to get 1000 hits in one day. Do that and assign them on Sunday or Monday and you can do whatever is so important and you've supported the team and made it possible for yourself to get downline.

Those who are bringing in the subscribers are the ones I will as Team Leader make sure are the ones who get the signups, because frankly if I can't see you getting 1000 hits, how are you possibly going to help support downline? It's time to get serious. If this opportunity is not for you, decide that too.

I care very much about every person on this team. It is my passion and desire to see every one of you succeeding and having money in your back office. You may find some other opportunities online that dazzle you with faster money or do it in your sleep. (Trust me that one doesn't work - I just tried it and my income took a nosedive).

I have some GREAT ones... TrafficWave will earn you $17.95 per person you sign up - fast plus residual income. Like GDI the residual takes time to build and is dependent on growing your downline, but I use it with minimal promotion because I just don't have time - and still I've made hundreds in the past few months.... AIOP you earn $10 per sign up and they have an up to sponsor referral system. I didn't promote at all... and made $30 right off - I use them for ads and at the bottom of the ad is AIOP. Click on it and the person goes to my sign up page. I just found one that gives you $25 to start and you earn passively. You can invest and promote to earn MORE but you don't have to do anything at all. Gabriela here proved it. She joined free, they gave her the $25 to "invest" and she forgot about it. In 10 days she looked back in and had $10+. No out of pocket, no promoting. Made $10. That would pay your GDI fee. If any of you would like to join TrafficWave, AIOP or CYPI, let me know.

But here's why I have made GDI and not any of those businesses my main business. It's the story of the Tortoise and the Hare. Those businesses are all workhorses.... tools, if you will. To work them for a full time income you'd have to promote heavily and ONLY will keep people who are serious business people and will "work" the tools...learn how to set up AR campaigns, build ads, etc. Even CYPI - which is truly passive will take a LONG time to build a full time income if you don't promote like a pro marketer. Most of you don't have those skills or time. These businesses will make you a good income but only pro marketers hang in there long enough to make the big bucks. After a year you won't likely have $4000 a month coming in. You COULD, but most people don't.

GDI is a solid, debt-free company in the business of websites and domains. It works for everyone, not just marketers. In months to a year I will have built thousands of dollars every month coming to me with an nth of the effort or knowledge those others take. Then why do I have them? Because they make me enough money to fund my real business and they offer me tools I need to use anyway as I grow my real business.

What I'm saying is get smart, work smart. There is a strategy and plan and timing to "making it" online. I want that for all of you.

Working together as a Team - we will all have it.

This week was very challenging for me, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. If we didn't have the challenging weeks, the really great ones would start being taken for granted by us, I suppose.

Regardless, we had an awesomely productive week:

We developed 14 Subscribers to our GDI Team Elite Coop Letter Series, with 2 New Members Joining our team, 1 member who was Pending for some time, stuck in Free Trial, was finally able to activate. We have 3 Join Requests that will be coming on board soon. Besides that, we developed 14 additional leads that are interested in our program that we'll be following up with in the coming week.

TEAM:

I am well-aware of your personal contributions to our productivity. The numbers you have been putting in, continue to pay off for us. Some of you are almost at your 6 Paid SignUp Goals. Several of you have already qualified for your Learning Bonus and many of you are now qualified for this month's team bonus -- with more to come since we have two weeks left in this month.

If you have not received your first paid signup, now is not the time to be discouraged. This team seems to have a rare and enviable ability to find

OTHER
A couple of other things I want to mention very quickly that occurred during the week:

1) Paypal Glitch
We experienced a scary (for me) temporary downtime on the site yesterday for about 2 hours. At first, we thought it was a problem with our Link Tracker program, but it turns out that the problem originated with Paypal. They have had a system overhaul under way in stages for a few months now so they can continue to operate while updating systems. Unfortunately, this has occasionally caused some unexpected glitches and we were the victim of one of these yesterday. It seems the Paypal computers decided to cancel subscriptions arbitrarily and block payments. Paypal and our Link Provider acted quickly when they were aware of what happened both for our security and theirs and got us back online promptly. If you have prearranged payments on your Paypal it might be a good idea to go in and check them periodically over the next 2 to 3 days. Paypal is fixing the problem but reported to me it could take 3 to 5 days to clear out the bug. Just make sure everything looks right in your Paypal backoffice. If there are issues don't panic, just contact Paypal support and they will take care of you.

2) PERSONAL REFERRALS: I want to remind every one of you that we DO encourage sharing your personal GDI page links and sign up page - but if you do refer someone that you want placed directly under you PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TEAM LINK. Give them one of your replicated pages or your direct sign up form link. OR if you do give them the Team Link, please send me an email of the person's name and email address, so if they contact me I am aware it is a personal referral from you. I'm very happy to work with them to inform them about what we offer and close the sale for you and place them in your downline, but I must know in advance. Your Team Link alone will not ensure that a new member will be placed under YOU. By design, the Team Link supports the entire Team and as Team Leader I place the new member with the next eligible member due a Paid Signup, or someone who needs a qualifying member for a bonus in order not to miss the bonus. If you have any questions about this, please contact me.

All you need to do is set up email (gdi@yourusername.ws), send out a few invitations (get leads from your Team Leader if you need them) and a few more steps to EARN $25 for LEARNING.

We have a page in the Training section that will take you through each step. Also, each step towards your $25 Learning Bonus can be found in your Members Area in the new GDI Bonuses section. Simply click on GDI Bonuses and select “Check My Learning Bonus Status.” Here you will see the steps you need to take to receive your bonus and how many you have completed so far. The steps are very easy, like setting up your email, so there is no reason not to start. GDI wants to reward you for getting to know us better, so take advantage of it and start working towards your Learning Bonus today.

The Learning Bonus is available only to new GDI affiliates who signed up on or after 8/2/2012 and is specifically geared towards helping them learn more about GDI. Whether you think you qualify or not (some of you have been in GDI before and GDI does not count you as "new", this is a valuable learning tool for you. Go for it. Let GDI sort out whether you qualify. You just might and not even know it --- and the rewards of knowing these steps for yourself and later, how to help your own downline earn the bonus is a reward in itself.

And all our existing affiliates can still participate in a new bonus of their own; the Duplication Bonus has been launched to reward any of our established affiliates for encouraging new referrals to achieve their own learning bonuses.

That's it and then you close the page (You do not have to click on "You also have the option to have your address permanently blocked from our system" button)

I want to encourage you do to the GDI Learning Bonus so that you can earn $25 during your first few weeks and the duplicate bonus $250.00 later on. It is best to get started on it after you joined because you only have eight weeks to complete all the steps to get the bonus of $25. If you wait too long, you may not get all the steps approved by GDIin time and may miss out on this bonus.

The path of entrepreneurship has traditionally been saddled with a high rate of failure. I believe most of you on this team would agree, right now, in the beginnings of what you have set out to do, it certainly is apparent you are not here for fast big money or fame – else you wouldn't be here. Nor are you here to fail – else you wouldn't be here. Your material rewards have started out small. But the unseen rewards are HUGE and you know that it is those rewards that you're really here for and those rewards that will bring the bigger material rewards, too, if you stay steady, keep your eye on your goal.

That is why GDI Team Elite has attracted all of you talented, ambitious, creative, individuals. Your satisfaction depends not merely on having goals, but you have the right goals. You're here to make money in order to establish something. You stand for something you can contribute to the world. How do I know? As I've watched each one of you, I've seen your commitment and efforts increase, not decrease. As we've slowly been getting to know one another, we've started to bond as an extended “family”, a group of people on the same journey, and we're learning how to support one another and communicate like a team. Your Hit Numbers this week bowled me over. Wait'll you see your own numbers on the Weekly Hits Report.

The hits you brought in this week are the kind of numbers we need to up our game. I'm very happy to report to you that we now have 10 Subscribers receiving our GDI Team Elite details and making the same decision you made when you decided to join and finally commit to your own success.

Of course, we all want success. We all want 5 sign ups per day, we all want things to go faster. That kind of success doesn't usually happen as fast as we'd like. But that's ok. We have a LOT to learn and things we can tweak. I'm going to be encouraging you to do some multi-tasking as we go along so that YOU and YOUR BUSINESS will become higher performing, and you will sustain steady success in ways you've only dreamed til you found GDI Team Elite. Yes, it's tough right now. But it's happening. And it will increase. All your hard work is being dealt with now. This is the only business in the world that I know that starts out very hard, with a steep learning-curve and yet becomes like a perpetual vacation in only 6 months to 5 years depending on YOU.

So we all want more sign ups. We're a small team and you can see from the number of subscribers you've attracted – your most important job right now is making sure you get at least 1000 hits per week and more whenever possible. You've shown today that you can do it!

What else can we do? I'm working to complete the PERSONALS Link and MY MAIL Links. We should be rolling those out and adding them to our promotions this week. Thank you to everyone who wrote to support the idea. Now I need all of you to send me a picture or avatar to represent you on the Personal Ad I'm building for you and include a short testimonial of what you would like to say to new prospects who will be joining YOUR team if they click on your Personal Page Capture form. Just attach the picture and short blurb to an email to supernaturalprosperity@gmail.com Subject: Personal Link material.

I've also gotten in some analysis on our efforts and we had an actual CLICK THRU RATE (people who subscribed, not just viewed) of a little over 3%. TEAM!!! In our first month?? You guys are amazing!

But we can't be satisfied with that. I'm sure we can get that number up to 9%, even 18%. Especially as our team grows. Our Conversion rate, predictably because we're still new, was less than 1%. We signed up 3, 2 bailed and the 3^rd is still pending. So we can do better. And we will.

I have also been investing in our team and will report to you any results from some paid advertising.

I'll be adding some new pages to our Team Links. It's really important to keep things original and fresh when advertising.

Are any of you good ad designers? If you'd like to try your hand at designing an ad for the Team to advertise please get it in to me. Your ad must be approved for aesthetics, accuracy & attraction factor. Not only will your ad be checked by me as your Team Leader, but will be run by our Upline experienced in what makes an effective ad. If it's picked, we'll feature it here in the News Updates, add it to the Team Links, and you'll win $5!

We had a good week ... we attracted some subscribers --- but, two decided that even the small amount of effort required here to make it was not what they were looking for. Still we added a new Member, Rivandra Babu from India.

I've thought a lot this week about "WHAT WE ARE HERE LOOKING FOR." We all like to say we want money from our online efforts. Of course all of us would like it to happen as fast as possible. And we all SAY we understand this is not a "get rich quick system". Then we don't get our 6 Paid Signups within 4 weeks, we listen to some sour grapes online that can't see the value in GDI (too much work for $1) .... that person has an agenda and it is not Truth. If you don't know there is a LOT MORE than $1 to be had here and true online business people know it... don't take my word for it or even Martin Payling's, Stephen Thomas and Kathy von Geldern's in our upline. Maybe you think they would only tell you what you want to hear (not true, btw) .... but go find out who Brian Bear is and see what you hold in your hands ... if you're smart enough to make this YOUR business, if you will communicate with your Team Leaders, your upline sponsors, your downline team, if you have a little patience and belief in something beyond instant gratification. I challenge you.

Okay let's move on! I'm very, very excited & proud of most of you on this team. Some of you are definitely Brian Bear material! You have a vision and you're doing what it takes to step into it. The work you're doing now, is the hardest you will do. One great thing about this industry is that all the hard work, the surfing, the patience is up front. And you can be making an income of your dreams within one, two, three years! Think of 97% of the people other than you. They owe huge student loans, graduating from college to jobs that aren't there. Most people, statistics tell us, will work 40, 50, 60 years or more --- and retire broke. Is what you are doing here and learning "too much"? Is it, really? It's all about perspective, my friends ... and I've watched your number of hits week to week. Yes, Sheila and Nimal!! I noticed your tremendous effort & change this week. Keep it up. I promise you will be rewarded. I'm still here & available - an email or Skype away. I am willing to give you my knowledge, attention & time to not only reach 'good' - but to go beyond what you think you can do & achieve ... what 97% of people who play with online business don't - You can make this work for the reasons you signed up! Ron - amazing! You are on fire, man! Ad & Jay send us your water - there's something in it! LOL. Jayne (wow!), Gabi, Devona, thank you for your consistent numbers and keeping us going! Everyone, I can't call you all out by name - but this team is beginning to rock. Your weekly hits are the engine that drives this Team.

Let me explain for those of you who might not realize how this works. We all promote the same Capture pages that are professionally designed to attract & convert new members. Each of you are given a special link that lets the Team Leader know who is producing their share of the Team work. Believe me -- those that produce are the ones who are given the rewards. Collectively we're all producing around 17.5k hits per week. Professional marketers will tell you that - especially in Traffic Exchanges - it takes around 20k to 25k hits to "tip" the marketing response enough to attract signups. So we're doing well. But the more you bring in hits, the faster we add New Members and the faster you get your 6! We are getting subscribers and that will increase now that I have most of our Team site working so you can have all the tools and training at your disposal to make you the BEST, if you will take advantage of it. Not that I know everything. I rely heavily on my training by our Team Elite leaders and GDI Team Elite's proven system. Hey, they are Platinum directors. So can we be - if we have a plan (we do) and work the plan. (we will).

I have an Innovative new PROMOTIONAL system I call PERSONALS Link. I've mentioned it before and have been hard at work laying everything in place to get you off to an amazing start with it. What a rock n' rollin' week we've had! Everyone can be considered a wee bit “new” this week as we announced new Team Leadership, a change of Team Links, a new Team Interactive Blog so we can communicate better with new ways to access our Team news and trainings. It didn't come without some confusion – and I want to spend a little space here to explain why and how I became Team Leader and how that will happen for each one of you, too!

First of all, some of you might have wondered... “who died & made him god?” You probably all think I'm a pretty nice guy... but why was I picked to be team leader instead of some of you, who are at least as well qualified, if not better qualified! The truth is... no one “picked” me and you were placed on my team because you ARE my team. I joined Kathy's team as a Direct Signup to her page, so I was a Direct on her first level. I brought in 2 direct members myself... Abundant Life and Jayne James. As next in her lines, Kathy began to give me my 6, as GDI Team Elite promises. That was you, Marja, and you Ron, and you Nimal and Sheila and Joe. I had my 6. Now, again true to GDI Team Elite's promise Kathy didn't say, "great Gerry, you're on your own!" No, she began to work with me, allowing me to make decisions with her on how one builds their downline and begins to put people under their six. Those people are you Devona, and J.M. Maxwell, you Ken and Jay, you Betty & Christian, and you too Jason. You are all my downlines.

And your “teams” have begun forming. Each of you have at least one member. I'm working hard to fill in your “6” like I received. To make sure you have qualifying sign ups to earn the Learning Bonus and qualify for the Team Bonus each month. To show you other ways to earn great money while we build your levels to a $10,000/month income! And Kathy is still right along side of us - creating spillover in her teams and passing them down to us - the same as her uplines do for her and as we'll do for you.

As each of you completes your 6, if you want to be Team Leader, and I hope you will because it's these small teams within a larger team that makes this work …, then I'll make sure you get the same Team Leader training I had in how the GDI Team Elite systems work and you will take over your 6 and their 6 helping them grow and expand to infinity.

I can't wait to congratulate and support you on that day as you are all supporting me now. Thank you so much for that. Okay, let's move on... we have lots to discuss today.

Please check out the MEET OUR TEAM section.... I have created "Pages" for every team member. Mine is up and well started. You'll see that I've put some of my links on my page to share. I can actually copy the address of my page from my address bar and advertise my page with my Traffic and Business recommendations and "brand" myself to boot in the TE's and Safelists.

So can you! I wanted to allow you all to come in and complete your own Pages, but there is no way for Blogger to extend author privileges to anything other than posts. That doesn't include Pages. But if you will send me instructions of what you want put on your Page, giving me your links to your Traffic and Other Resources you have, I will set it up for you. Then when new members are placed under you, send them an invite to check out your page (give them the direct url: just open your Page and copy the url from the address bar) and they can sign up under YOUR links, not mine or someone else's.

In the Training section I will also be talking about Traffic strategies and recommendations - but I WILL NOT PLACE my links there. I will direct readers to ask their sponsor (you) for links first and if their sponsor is not able to help, only then to write the Team Leader for a referral link. This will let you capture downline builders for YOU.

Abundant life has sent me her Information to create her Page. I'll be putting it up for her in the next day or so, and I will post to show you what she furnished to me and the end result, so you'll have a guide to go by.

This is really a great way for you to share your links and GDI Elite Training with your growing teams! (And if you decide to put your link in some of your advertising sites -- maybe you'll pick up a new member or two. If you do that be sure to put a link to your GDI sign up page or one of the pages advertising your GDI business so they can join you!)

WELCOME TO NEW MEMBERS:
We have three NEW team members this week. Everyone please welcome the relatively new Ad Roek from the Netherlands and the brand new (at least to us - lol) Rudy Ferro from Puerto Rico, and Jason Clark from Australia. When I have the Meet Our Team Pages complete you'll all be able to easily learn about and interact with one another. WATCH FOR IT!

Hope all has been well with you. As you can see I am a product of the success of GDI Team Elite. I have more than my six members and true to their word the Team Leaders in my and your upline have continued to work with me, and train me to continue to build and grow our team. I have completed the Leadership Training. My sponsor & Team Leader, Kathy von Geldern was the finest of examples for me and all of us and it is my powerful intention to honor her by ROCKIN' THIS THING with you!

I have set up the UNIQUE GDI Team Elite system (the exact formula of which you will learn upon accepting the Leadership Training when you have your six. This morning I sent out your NEW Team Links. Get those loaded if you haven't already, so that our team will not miss a beat in growth. Our Team System has determined that even as we keep our Teams small... as each member begins to achieve a minimum of 1000 hits per week, it is enough to tip the momentum for marketing success. Less than 1000 per member means we would need to make our teams larger to keep the same ratio of subscribers. The larger the team the longer the waits for sign ups, because there are more members to fill in six before moving to the next. Too small and there aren't enough credits to trigger good market response. So believe me, no one is too small here, so that they don't hold the success of us all in their hands. Everyone of us are important to each other - and the 1000 hits you get per week makes our system work as much as the skilled Team Leaders do.

NEW INNOVATIONS & INTERACTIVITY

We all know that the GDI Team Elite system is working. Kathy and I began to work together to couple the GDI Bonus program with our Team residual downline building efforts. The bonuses were designed by GDI to put you into FAST profit while you learn how to build your business and attract customers and business partners with us. The Bonuses require Direct Sign-ups to your personal links. While the Team System works admirably, I've designed a similar system that focuses members not only on the Team Capture pages with the Team Leader following up & getting the signups for the team... but focuses on an individual member's link with our members volunteering to promote the PERSONAL Link system alongside the TEAM Link system. I would hope that most of you will participate and will do your best to give 1000 hits to that link as well. As your Team Leader, I will keep track of the system & hits, create your advertising Links & post your PERSONAL Link Hits progress - along with your Team Hits. This is a completely voluntary promotion -- but I believe if we set it up and commit to it, that we can double or more the rate at which we can build our downlines. Also thank you for your comments regarding the personal link system. I know the blog is new and there is a lot here to take your attention - but as everyone takes time to explore - soon you'll be using it to easily navigate to the information you want. I'm helping all possible by putting up HYPERLINKS on all content info when it's mentioned that I can. You can also use the LINK TO CONTENTS menu in the sidebar to navigate.
