Leaders are ordinarily extraordinary people. GDI Team Elite Leader, Kathy von Geldern, who runs a Team averaging 70 people seems to believe that leaders are extraordinarily ordinary people. Kathy's own best self-advertised qualification for being a Leader? Caring. Simply reaching out to others with her own life experience, skill, talent and compassion is her stock-in-trade.

MONDAY SEP 22, 2014: An INTERACTIVE blog for empowering our members through motivation, training, communication & fun! I'm very happy to be a new GDI Team Leader which has enabled me to step up and unite with this team in emerging to be the best of what GDI Team Elite stands for. We are making this a journey of lifetime friendships - supporting one another, sharing and accomplishing our dreams!
Why 'Scottish at Heart'? I'm originally from Glasgow, Scotland. Scotland's magic is a blend of historic castles and ancient ruins, stunning scenery, colorful history, age-old traditions and warm, welcoming people. Just like I've found at GDI Team Elite! Also, like the GDI Team Elite members I've met so far, Scots are independent, practical, feisty, tough and proud... but we're also sentimental, superstitious, spiritual, generous, friendly and gregarious. The fact is there is beauty in this multicultural online business world we are in. So I chose the Scottish theme and hope you'll enjoy my brand of sharing.

If your name is not here... you know what to do... get those hit counts up to at least 1000 and you'll be back on the list!
