Lesson 2 THE TEAM BONUS

                                            The GDI TEAM  BONU$

I know that getting signed up to a TEAM is part of the GDI LEARNING BONUS that you just completed, or should complete.  (See Lesson 1).

I'm putting it here again in Lesson 2 because, unlike the LEARNING BONUS which you must complete within 8 weeks of sign up or it goes away forever....,   the TEAM Bonus is something you can qualify for EVERY MONTH right from the day you sign up!   You only have to sign up to the Team once.  You should have done that in Lesson 1...  but in case you haven't yet, let's go over it again once more to be sure.  

Although you must only sign up to the Team once - you will need to qualify for it EVERY MONTH with at least 1 new Qualifying Direct Sign up.  So let's go over what's required and what you can earn.

1.  Log into your back office: 

     (http://www.website.ws/YOURUSERNAME)

2.  Once logged in, on the left side menu find and click on GDI 

     Bonuses

3.  Scroll down and GDI Team Bonus, click on Team Bonus                    Information.

Join a team for the GDI TEAM Bonus.

 The name of the team you are to join in the bonus team section is 
Team Gerry James.

When you clicked on Team Bonus Information you should have been brought 
 to the list of Teams.

Note! ===>You MUST Join the right team. If you join the wrong one, you will need to wait until you are either approved, or rejected. If approved, top right, a tab will say “drop team” . You need to click this tab, wait to be removed, which can take a few days to complete, then look for the correct team and join.

All our new TEAM ELITE MEMBERS must join Team Gerry James
 (do not join any teams called 
gdi team 1, team elite, team elite 1, gdi team elite, etc.). 

Once you have asked to join Team Gerry James and are approved, 
you should go back to the GDI Team Bonus tag &
click on Details to understand how the bonuses work.

For every 25 converted signups, our team gets at least $250 bonus to be split evenly among all team members that contributed a converted signup during the calendar month.  The bonus is also calculated on Team Multipliers.   

2015 CHALLENGE TO ALL MY MEMBERS

      Let's Make It A Team Challenge to reach TRIPLE DIAMOND STATUS by                                                    December 2015 for TEAM GERRY JAMES!  

                                                       What would that mean?

Triple Diamond Team (3x multiplier):

• At least 25 people on team
• At least 3 converted signups for 25 different people on team
• At least 25 of the team's converted signups for the month must be PREMIUM

What Makes You Qualified?

     Having at least 1 Direct Signup either BASIC or PREMIUM that converts to ACTIVE status during a calendar month.

No, not all Team Gerry James members receive the Bonus.  You must have at least 1 direct signup during each month after you have joined the TEAM that converts to Active status to qualify for the bonus that month.
